Start by cleaning and drying the affected area. Begin wrapping from the farthest point from the heart, overlapping each layer by about half the bandage width. Wrap snugly to provide support without cutting off circulation, then secure the end with the included clip or by tucking the bandage under itself. Check that fingers or toes remain warm and pink, and adjust if needed. The bandage can be reused after washing.
