| How to Use | Adults: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 4 to 5 times a day, up to 30 days, or as recommended by a doctor. Children: 1 spray in each nostril, twice a day, up to 30 days, or as recommended by a doctor. Wash your hands before using. Perform a light massage on the outside of the nostril to distribute the gel evenly. On the first application, press repeatedly until the product comes out. |
