| How to Use | first, wash your hands, then open the packaging to remove the pad. Peel the adhesive strip from the back of the pad and place it firmly in the crotch of your underwear. Ensure the pad is comfortable and positioned correctly to prevent leaks. Change the pad as needed for hygiene, typically every 3-4 hours or when it becomes saturated. |
