| How to Use | Amount: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush. Brushing: Brush your teeth twice a day (morning and evening). Gentle pressure: Since it contains charcoal and polishing granules, avoid pressing too hard to prevent damage to enamel. Rinse: After brushing, rinse thoroughly.
