How to Use

Take 1 effervescent tablet dissolved in a glass of water before food, alcohol, or tobacco excess. Repeat after excess if necessary. Take 1 effervescent tablet in the morning (the day after the excess) dissolved in a glass of water. If needed, reinforce with another effervescent tablet before lunch. Take immediately after effervescence is complete.
