| How to Use | Do not dilute – use the solution as-is unless directed by a dentist. Pour 15 ml (approx. 1 capful) into your mouth. Rinse thoroughly for 30–60 seconds, then spit out. Use up to 3 times daily or as directed by your dentist or pharmacist. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use. Do not swallow. Do not use for more than 7 days unless advised by a healthcare professional. |
