Children over 3 years old = Take 1 sachet per day (WHO Recommendations – 14-28mg of iron supplement daily); Adolescents and adults = Take 1 or 2 sachets per day (WHO Recommendations – 30-45mg of iron supplement daily); Pregnant woman * (WHO Recommendations = 30-60mg of iron daily + Folic acid).
