How to Use

first ensure your hands and ears are clean and dry. Then, roll the earplug into a ball and place it over your ear opening, covering the outer ear without inserting it into the ear canal. Flatten the silicone to create a tight, airtight seal. To remove, press up behind the ear, grab the earplug, and remove it.
