How to Use

Clean your hands, then roll a Mack's earplug into a tight, crease-free cylinder. With your opposite hand, pull up and back on your outer ear to straighten the ear canal. Insert the compressed earplug quickly and hold it in place for about 30 seconds as it expands to fill the canal. To remove, twist slowly and gradually to break the seal and avoid damaging your eardrum.
