The Philips Avent Ultra Air Soother (Model SCF085/05) is designed for newborns up to 6 months of age. It features a lightweight, ventilated shield with extra-large air-holes that promote airflow and help keep the baby’s delicate facial skin drier and more comfortable.
The nipple is made of 100% food-grade silicone and has a soft, silky texture to enhance comfort and acceptance (in studies, an average of 98% of babies accepted the Ultra Air/Ultra Soft teat design).
It has a symmetrical, orthodontic shape to respect the natural development of the baby’s palate, teeth and gums.
The product is BPA-free and easy to clean and sterilize: it comes with a travel case that doubles as a microwave steriliser.
