| How to Use | Apply 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day. Shake the bottle vigorously while upright for at least four times. In the bottle, remove the cap. Before usage, prime the pump. To prime, push down on the white applicator for 5–10 seconds before releasing. Continue doing so until you get a full spray. Incline your head slightly forward. Hold the bottle upright, push the tip completely into your nostril, and spray once. |
