| How to Use | Use a pea‑sized amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush. Brush your teeth twice a day (morning & evening) for about 2‑3 minutes. Use gentle circular or sweeping motions, covering all surfaces of the teeth (outside, inside, chewing surfaces). After brushing, rinse your mouth lightly.
