| How to Use | Use the mouthwash 2 to 3 times daily, preferably after brushing your teeth. Pour ½ to 1 capful (about 10–15 ml) into your mouth. Swish gently around your mouth for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Do not swallow the mouthwash. Spit it out and avoid rinsing with water immediately afterward to allow the active ingredients to work effectively. |
