How to Use

Brush teeth first, then stick out your tongue. Place the cleanser at the back of the tongue. Gently sweep forward to the tip (not side-to-side). Repeat across the tongue surface. Rinse the brush and your mouth. Use 1–2 times daily, with light pressure.
