Solaray Collagen Keratin is a collagen-based food supplement that helps strengthen the skin and joints through hyaluronic acid, keratin, vitamin C, zinc and antioxidants. There are several types of collagen:
Collagen type I: Predominates in bones, cartilage and dermis.
Collagen type II: Found in cartilage.
Collagen type III: It is present in the smooth muscle and in the viscera.
Collagen type IV and V: They are part of the structures that will know the epithelials of the connective tissues.
