How to Use

Stretch the bandage lightly as you wrap to help it conform to the body’s contours, but avoid wrapping too tightly to prevent restricting blood flow. Secure the end of the bandage with clips, tape, or by tucking it under a previous layer, ensuring it stays in place while allowing comfortable movement.
