How to Use

1. Cut approximately 40 cm of floss. 2. Wrap the ends around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving 3–5 cm of floss between them. 3. Gently insert the floss between teeth using a back-and-forth motion. 4. Curve the floss around each tooth in a C-shape and slide it under the gumline. 5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth
